The amount of base salary increase
is tied to employees' individual performance and is
reviewed annually to ensure that it’s competitive.
Our annual incentive is tied to individual as well as Swift’s
overall business performance.

Vacation & Holidays
Swift offers competitive vacation and holiday schedules. Vacation time is accrued
monthly and can be used on a pre-earned basis. The employee accrual rate
is adjusted based on years of service.
Tuition Aid Plan
We offer financial assistance for undergraduate and graduate programs. The
employee must be at a full-time status and have one year of service with
Swift to qualify.
Fitness Center
In our new corporate facility in Northern Colorado we offer a state-of-the-art
health and fitness center for our employees. The center features a wide
variety of equipment such as Nautilus machines, free weights, treadmills,
bicycles and outdoor walking and running paths.
